Kyo uses weeks and days to set up your schedule

During setup, you'll set up your system, you can edit this later

Go to the Kyo tab.

Under 'My Schedule', you can view, and edit your week settings.

Kyo will automatically progress through your schedule.

Make sure you have at least one week, or will won't be able to offer you a planner

You can also select single day mode in th edit screen
